Absolutely awful. I have used Velo 94 out of convenience (it's yards away from where I live) even though the general attidude of the employees is condescending, diffident and rude. 9 months ago, I bought a bicycle seat from the shop for my cargo bike. It snapped in half two days ago as I was riding it. Even though Velo 94 sold it and installed it, the manager refused to replace it, saying "Something must have happened to it," "this is the first time we've seen it," "look at the plastic, it's strong," "your warranty doesn't cover this," etc. etc. Go somewhere else - these macho clowns don't deserve your money or your time. EDIT - I note that the boys at Velo 94 just don't quit! You'll note in the response to my original review that the manager claims I "destroyed" the seat myself and didn't have a receipt. As the manager well knows, I was in the process of looking for the receipt on my phone and would have found it until I was told by an employee that the manager categorically refused to even consider replacing the seat, receipt or no receipt. Also, I didn't "destroy" the seat - it broke as I was riding it, and in fact could have been very dangerous. Why would I "destroy" the seat that they sold me and installed themselves? How would I destroy it? What would my motivation be? It is a shame that the manager twists the story around and maintains a condescending tone even here. Yuck.

Super helpful and friendly, we were in town for a week and got our American made touring bikes tuned up. So nice to deal with a bike shop with such nice and professional staff.

Great experience I walked in with an idea of the type of bike I want and I am very pleased with the customer service. As I walked in, I was acknowledged and Leonard kindly greeted me. Then he showed me the options available, encouraged me to try different bikes and I gained a lot of insight regarding break types, gear systems and what suited me best for my purpose. Absolute legend. Highly recommend to visit if looking to buy a new bike.
