I advise against any contact with Skoda Næstved My car broke down on the highway and My car was late to Skoda Næstved They gave me an estimate of about DKK 25,000 I have examined the estimate And the parts that were on the estimate did not fit my car and some expensive things were mentioned several times even though there is 1 piece on my car And at other Skoda workshops they wanted about DKK 11 thousand for the same work with the right parts for my car They are very rude At Skoda Næstved

Have an Octavia 2.0 from 2018, it has had a warranty case at the workshop which resulted in 5 workshop visits before the fault was fixed (the starter had to be changed) And I have not yet received documentation of the work in between despite inquiries. (Service of gearbox, replacement of switch for automatic gearbox, new battery and other) Here at the end of the year, I had an insurance case where the car had to be painted (car cab + rockfall) and the workshop is a benefit workshop through the insurance. After collection, it first required a partial re-polishing due to excess paint. Then I made an inquiry about my lists being sprayed/not covered, and my lists are still partially white now a month later, even though I have complained. Hear nothing from the workshop. Can't recommend the workshop with my experiences!

We have bought 2 cars out here. There has been no scar to put a finger on. One had a bit of trouble with the system and it became a longer task to get it fixed, but it was successful in the end and they have been super good at informing about the process and there has been a good alignment of expectations. They are ALWAYS super friendly and not afraid to give good advice. I definitely think we have found our dealer for a very, very long time…
