Really bad service and unjustified high prices. They tried to sell an used handle bar for 350kr. I went further and got a new handle bar for 100kr + installation. I recommend you avoid this shop. There's better bike shops in Valby.

Really bad service and the job was not done correctly. My tyre exploded because of the incompetence from the repairer.

Got the hose changed. Rides home on the bike, 100m. After that, the weekend is over. Monday morning the tube is punctured. They have obviously not cleaned the inside of the tire where there has been a stone or similar that punctured the first tube. They want me to pay full price again for new hose. No thanks and goodbye.

It's good service. Now, unfortunately, you can't give more than 5 stars, if you could, I would have. Then I would have given them 100. I have been using this bike smith for the past 10 years I have always experienced good service and things get sorted quickly and in a good way. The last thing was that I punctured and called him and came later in the day and had the hose changed immediately. You can't always expect that, so I am very satisfied as a customer. Had told me that it wasn't until the next day and It was actually OK with me, this was just much better. That I got it fixed right away.
