Bad service. Several times had to pick up parcels in their GLS parcel shop. Rejected each time, as the clerk does not bother to look for the packages. Other customers were also told to try another day.

I will never go to Shell/7-11 again, I don't know if it is legal to steal or misuse people's credit cards. I bought petrol for DKK 427.27, which was reserved at Norwegian Bank, just as it should be, that's what I bought petrol for. At the same moment, DKK 750.00 was reserved for the same "honorable" store, and why, I didn't buy that, how it can be done and whether it is legal, I don't know, (but I find out of), I have since I have never spent this amount with this honorable company with a fine and white past. Damn it, when things go so badly for a crap shop that you unknowingly and without being informed have to lend to multinationals........ Lars Olsen
