Unpleasant service. Especially if you have to wear glasses for the first time. It is very clear that the individual opticians get a bonus for every sale they make. I constantly felt it was about getting as much money out of me as possible. I was promised a satisfaction guarantee with my purchase, but when I wasn't completely satisfied with my glasses after a few days, it turned out that it cost the whites of my eyes to exchange them. Now I am left with glasses worth thousands of kroner, which I am not completely satisfied with and it will cost another thousands of kroner to exchange them.
