We were at Pauli twice and both experiences was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend, well… Every dishes. It is one of my favorite restaurants in Copenhagen 🙏🏻

Great experience. The food was delicious. My personal favourites from the Sea tasting menu was the Poached Hake with brown butter and Tonka Bean Panacotta.

Very nice dining experience and tasty food. The sea menu this year is more tasty than the land menu. The portions can be on the smaller side but if you take the tasting menu it adds up. They have some nice wines to compliment the food, but the selection used to be better when they opened. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to come back you will need to wait a bit for the menu to change.

The atmosphere and the service are great, but the food is really not my thing. A bit too salty and oily. The seafood might be much better but unfortunately we both don't eat shellfish

Last night was my last night before heading back to home after traveling 39 days in Europe for an half holiday and half work. Normally I like to find a nice restaurant to celebrate before going home as it is my small ceremony. and found this amazing restaurant. My amazing journey in the Pauli starting from two fresh and delicious starter-oysters. The oysters were really tasty with small green onions and soy sauce to keep the fresh flavor, follow up by the cod, butter sauce, seaweed, flatbread as the main. I was so surprised the fish could be so well cooked, and the butter sauce was perfectly matched with the fish and the flatbreads. I cannot stop eating until cleaning my plate. Although I was full, but I cannot help to order their signature dessert-Lime curd, matcha crumble, meringue, kumquat, Kaffir lime, bergamot & kaffir lime, leaf granita. The dessert was again amazed me. It was sour and sweet with fresh, local Danish strawberries. The sweet and sour taste is like the feeling of first love. I love it. I was lucky to talk to the head chef, and he said that the idea of his food are the combination of a lot of Asian cuisines like Japanese and Korean, but mix with danish style. I have to say, his food was a beautiful art, and, when you put them in the mouth, It's like performing a spiritual symphony, and provide the comfort for traveler like me. Highly recommend to people who like to try delicious food, Pauli is definitely the pocket list you cannot miss in Copenhagen.

We took a sea and a land menu paired with wine. It was amazing. The Ceviche and the cod with kale was to die for so was the pork toast sandwich. Friendly service and cosy but very busy place not very big.
