It is not possible to borrow a car if your new MG is defective. Likewise, it is also not possible to get a loaner car if the car sustains damage before collection, which is caused by the dealer himself or while the car was in the dealer's care. I deeply regret my decision to have acquired two vehicles from this dealer. Update: It actually ended up that they didn't want to do the damage they had caused to the car at all.

Not the fastest to turn back and get a car rep has to go over 1 month even if it's a parking damage ... Not very excited about it ...

There was a salesperson from MG Motors/Nellemann Roskilde who contacted me when I had been in and had my car assessed on their website, with a view to leasing a new one. We had a very pleasant conversation, with an invitation to come to Roskilde, regarding what MG Motors/Nellemann could do for me. I drove to Roskilde and had an experience I have not tried before, and I have bought quite a few cars in my life. The seller was open and welcoming, and with a service that belongs to a rarity.

Just bought an Mg5 from Nellemann Roskilde. Everything went without problems, with great focus on service from the seller Martin. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the process. Can definitely recommend MG Roskilde if you need a new car :=)
