05-Oct-2022 Unlikely very poor experience with Kronborg Auto. We arranged test drive for new Skoda Scala and new Skoda Octavia, four days in advance to ensure the cars will be in stock to check. Straight at the beggining, we have been informed that Skoda Scala is not in Kronborg Auto at the moment even we have been confirmed by mail it will be in place. We proceed with Skoda Octavia then. Unlikely, Skoda Octavia was not a new model (Gen4) but old used car generation 3. We have asked for test drive of new geration, after 10 minutes of looking for keys and zero communication toward us, we apologize and left since the car was not there as well. Very poor customer experience towards potential new client buy a car, very disapointing that zero comminication or any apology was not given from Skoda employee. ----- Update 06-October-2022 Beiing contacted by Michael from Kronborg Auto today, honest dicsussion about my experience from Sunday and apologiecies offered and accepted, mistakes could happend and I am sure for better experience in the future. Good response and feedback from Kronborg Auto.

The staff are nice and professional. Always ready to help. You get an explanation until you understand. Would recommend kronborg auto from time to time.

Unfortunately it has gone downhill with service and VERY uphill with price. I've had several things done by them, and generally the prices have been 80%-170% above market price, with the same parts. I have to admit that I will not go there anymore due to, in my opinion, unreasonably high prices. Unfortunately, it seems as if they expect their customers not to price check their offer and thus overcharge.

I was at kronborg auto when I had to change to summer tires. There was a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Because they had made sure not to take too many into the hallway. I am happy to have my tires stored there. They are professionals. 😃
