The perception of the hall after a concert event. Extremely poorly managed access to the hall, from employees. Instead of a continuous steady approach as the crowd arrived, we ended up with an unusually long queue. Lack of clear signage for which entrance doors will be used. Several members of the public were lined up at a door that was not used. During the concert, the hall lighting was not dimmed to the maximum, in order to create the greatest focus on the orchestra. Missing spotlight on singer. Tribune north were miserable side seats without backrests, probably a push-in system. So all in all a bad overall experience as a concert use.
