Very bad service! Lots of excuses when something went wrong after they have not fixed the problem correctly the first time. Also had some painting done to a vehicle... they did not make the same cream white. They made bright white. They said the color would change... haha 1 year later and still 2 different whites. But the day it is correct. They have an agreement with the company to have a loan car ready when the vehicle comes in for service. They were not ready and forgot the deal. Had to wait while they made this ready. So yes... lots of excuses. Things not fixed and have to come back in again because it was not worked on or worked on correctly or because they just simply say "they can find the problem". Absolutely irritating to have to show a workshop where the problem is! I thought these people are trained. They are ok for changing your winter tires I guess. Thankfully this is a firm bil. I would never pay for their service.

As usual, I had a good experience when I made an appointment by phone for service and inspection of my car. On the day I had booked the appointment, I was well received in the registration and informed that I would receive a video link with any errors and shortcomings and suggestions for what should be done. I received this with a thorough review by a skilled employee who was able to explain in a good way what he had noticed and suggested what should be done. My car was completed and inspected incredibly quickly. It was a good piece of work that I can only be satisfied with.

My experience with their workshop was a bad one, not contactable or responsive, an absence of communication. The times we spoke together it was in a condescending tone. I understand that it can be busy and you can be in a hurry, but it was not nice and the whole experience was that: Customers are a nuisance
