Similar experience to other customers: I had to replace a brake cable and both brake pads. Was given an exorbitant price for the repairs (1,500 kr) and advised to simply buy a new bike. New to the neighborhood, I thought I would bring my regular business there. Instead I headed to my regular bike repair shop. Repairs done and full check-up within the day for 500 kr. The other shop was probably less Søren but definitely more cykler. I'll stick to that one.

Expensive, might be good. But a much cheaper and faster bike repair is done 5 min further down the street, just past 7/11.

Due to good and honest customer service the last time I was at Søren's bikes, I had promised myself that I would buy my next bike here. I did that today and I got an honest and sincere recommendation, I feel extremely well treated, here I come again👍

Unfortunately, I can only give Sørens Cykler two stars. I have visited both the shop and the workshop in connection with both the purchase of a bicycle, repairs and the purchase of equipment, but have unfortunately never felt any sign of good service or special friendliness from the employees on site. When I wanted to buy a bike down there, they only showed their more expensive models, while I happily ended up buying a nice used bike that I only spotted by chance. In general, they seem to focus more on making money than on providing what you really need, and make no effort to keep one as a customer... Their goods and service themselves are definitely not wrong, but if you are looking for a loyal and regular bike dealer, then you should probably look further.

I was around different places, but ended up buying a bike from Søren. I told him what I was looking for and he was really good at finding bikes for me to try. Really good service and really friendly staff.

Buy local - support local. I chose to do that and not search for it if I could get it cheaper elsewhere. I received good and professional advice in the store. I paid when ordering and walked out the door with the message that the bike could be delivered on May 5. Today (the 5th of May) I then receive an SMS with a message that the bike was not in stock, idk as it was otherwise stated in the system at the time of purchase. So I can get it delivered in 10 days at the earliest.. I am very surprised that you only find out today - when you should have delivered the bike to me - that oops - you can't. anyway.. For me the delivery time was important as I have no alternative transport to and from work (public transport is not an alternative due to corona and I am in the risk group). Then, had I known about the longer delivery time, I would have found another solution/bike. So now I can only cross my fingers that I get my bike in 10 days -

On the way home from work, my rear tire suddenly went sideways and hit the bike frame. Could see on the maps that I was close to Søren Cykler, so took the bike there in the hope that it could be fixed the same day. The bike mechanic took care of my bike right away and in less than 2 minutes it was fixed. Definitely recommend Sørens Cykler

We have had several bad experiences here. Sørens Cykler claimed that the bike's rear tire could not be changed as the bike was too worn. If it could be done, he would replace the tire, tube, chain, sprocket, etc. to the net sum of DKK 2,000. Another bike dealer replaced the rear tire without problems for DKK 300. Now we have stopped coming to Sørens Cykler. Our lives have gotten better.
