I just arrived to Copenhagen one week ago, had issues with my bike and was completely lost. Directly when I entered the shop I got to know the mechanic. He is a very honest guy doing his work professionally and with heart. He fixed the issues I had. I am very lucky that I found this bike shop and went there. The experience and service was supreme! I will come back for sure when I have problems again!

Super welcoming and friendly service every time I go in for my bike needs. Fair pricing for labor and I've never been surprised by a higher than expected service or repair. I've had 3 bikes serviced here in the past 3 months (road racing bike, classic roadster and my commuter bike). The one who runs this location has come up with some smart solutions for mounting the various accessories (led headlights, Basil rack, etc) I've purchased for each of my bikes. There are a million bike shops in KBV, Cykel Stop in Frederiksberg is the only one I go to. Highly recommended.

My favourite local bike shop. Qualified, efficient and offers great service. Personnel is trustworthy, there to help you with what you actually need and not to trick you into spending a bunch of money. I only go here to fix and check my racing bike, wouldn’t trust many other people with it.

Zero communication between employees, no records of previous online communication with customers. Rude behaviour. Pretending to be experts and in reality, just a bunch of dumb people trying to run a poorly managed business. Shameful.

They have a free bike pump outside. They also help with any problems you might have. I asked for an Allen wrench, and not only did they give me two Allen wrenches, but they told me to keep them forever! Very good service.
