I had a good experience getting a bagel from here. Price is good, and the bagel is a generous size. It was made really fast too. It's great to be there in person to get the food, because then you get to sample the ingredients for free, and have it made fresh exactly the way you like it.

We ordered from Brooklyn sandwich&bagel via Wolt and got the order fast. The food is not bad, I ordered with avocado grease, but didn’t feel it at all. I have had better sandwiches, but it was not bad overall.

Terrible service. I ordered a bagel and a sandwich on the page, it said that I could pick it up in 20 minutes, I went in 20 minutes and the order was not made. I waited there 30 minutes for them to make me a bagel and a sandwich. The place was empty. The bagel was missing two ingredients. And then he wanted to pay in cash and they had no change, they had to go to the place next door to ask for change. Never again.

Good value for price. The sandwiches are big and delicious. The lady at the counter was very polite, and even though we did not speak in danish, she was really nice and went through all the ingredients we wanted to add to our sandwiches. Highly recommend.

You are always welcomed with a smile, the food is always hot and never disappoints. The employees are the nicest people and they will do everything to give you the best experience. I recommend everyone to come in and buy something delicious. Recommend a nice Bagel

old owners were fantastic which is probably why they have a good star. The new ones are really bad service and really disgusting. I ordered a bagel and milkshake today, the woman behind the cash register who prepares the food has gloves on, but she walks around and grabs door handles and fridge handles with her gloves on and touches everything with them? Then you might as well not wear gloves when I get my food, she calls out, have you paid, have you paid and yes, I had paid in advance when I get home and have to drink my milkshake, when I'm halfway through there's also a fly in it the milkshake and bagel were burnt and totally bad

the lady who served me was nice and everything was clean my bagel was perfect she filled my bagel completely there was no expense spared I would definitely recommend it I look forward to going there again
