Very bad service! Worst car dealer ever. We found out the car’s battery was not functioning well already when buying the car. The owner just used a jump starter and told me it’s okay. However, it turned out that I had to use the jump starter every time to start the car! I called and asked them to change a new battery but the Arab kept saying it was my fault not to put engine on so the battery was destroyed! He kept saying that the battery was replaced already and tested. However, there is no documentation. When I took my car to a near workshop, it was found the battery was totally bad. I start questioning about other parts of the car if there is also problem. Because if’s the gear or break, it could be dangerous! I cannot believe such fraud can be a car dealer in Denmark! Worst service worst car worst attitude ever! And big easy liarrrrr!!!!!!!

We bought a car from BilNord in August. We soon realized that there is a strong noise on the brake. We drove to BilNord to check it and did not get any real help. In November, the warning sign for brake system came up. I called BilNord, they said they can not check it without a service. I called another auto repair. They checked it and found that the brake system is dead.

They are nice enough if you want to buy something, but unpleasant if there is something hidden wrong with the car after purchase. As a real used car dealer: Don't trust them.

Bilnord = Cheating and lying 1) Don't believe a word they say. They lie to your face without blinking an eye. 2) Do not trust online reviews of Bilnord. (For example, notice how many reviews have the same, easily recognizable error with an extra space before the full stop, and how many reviews are written by users who have only written 1 before - and how the content in several cases is rubbish) 3) Do not trust that the "new look" at Bilnord means that the car is in order or legal. MY EXPERIENCE I bought a car that was described in the ad as "Very nice and well maintained" and "almost like new". In reality, the car was a made-up corpse. I myself discovered a number of faults and deficiencies in the car already when I drove it home. I contacted Bilnord immediately, who came up with various explanations, which I unfortunately believed. I later found out that most of it was lies and excuses. FDM CHECK: THE CAR IS IMMEDIATELY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE Four days after the purchase, the car was checked by FDM, which found "several gross safety and operational faults". If it had been a vision, it would not have been allowed to continue. According to them, it was downright dangerous to drive in, and I was advised not to drive longer trips in it. The car had been inspected 2 months before I bought it, and the faults it had can be seen according to FDM impossible to have overlooked. Neither at a viewing point nor at your own workshop. Bilnord must therefore have known perfectly well how bad the condition of the car was. The list from FDM is long, and there were as many as 20 points that should be improved. The most serious errors were: - The tires were tender and worn - right down to the fabric - The catalytic converter was damaged and sloppily welded together - The front springs were missing 1 out of 3 bolts - The engine had a large oil leak - The brake caliper could not be bled due to a corroded screw - The rear stabilizer was welded together (this is illegal). In addition, there were many other faults - on the automatic transmission, the engine management, the engine itself, the brakes ... and well, a hole of rust had eaten into one of the side panels. In addition, there were the errors and shortcomings that I had discovered myself and where Bilnord came up with lies and false explanations: 1. The driver's door didn't lock with the central locking - Yep, it did, he had locked it himself. (No, it didn't work.) 2. Aircon didn't work - Well, but they had repaired it. (No, they hadn't) 3. Light failure indicator lit - It was just because a light bulb was about to go out. (It wasn't, said FDM, there was no light in one rear light.) 4. The automatic transmission was teasing - It was because "oil was about to leak into the system". (Which was also a lie - there were several errors on the gear) 5. Indicator for Service was on - Jojo, but it was because of that bulb that was about to go. (It wasn't, said FDM). BINLORD SCORED DKK 4000 FOR CHEATING ME My wish to cancel the transaction was rejected by Bilnord - who of course suddenly took several days to respond to my emails - but they wanted to buy it back from me - with a loss of DKK 6000 to me. I managed to negotiate to get DKK 2000 more from them. This means that Bilnord has earned DKK 4,000 by cheating me and lying to me. Think they will imagine it! And think that they don't care so much that they sell a car that is downright dangerous to drive. Could I have complained anywhere other than here? Yes, but I needed to have a car here and now - therefore I could not wait for a case via the Appeals Board for cars etc. I could also read in old reviews of Bilnord that in previous cases they had exceeded response deadlines, did not respond to emails etc., so I would probably have to wait several months to get my money. Otherwise, I would have gone all the way with a complaint and demand for cancellation. Now I eat my loss of DKK 4000 and hope that I can at least warn others about Bilnord. Such a round of unscrupulous cheating takes a long time to find.
