It is not okay for you to enter into a deal and say yes to the car, ask the dealer to prepare the car and inspect it and he says yes to the deal and you have been approved for the loan and you have to pick it up a few days later, take the day off work on the day of collection and write to the dealer and he then writes that he has sold the car for a better offer. It is very unreliable, especially when you drive from a long way and have spent time on loans etc. It is a no go. Amateur-like, that's not how you treat your customers anymore, it's not. He hasn't even called to say it's sold.
