While passing through Copenhagen on my way to Norway, I got an engine failure warning and brought the car to be checked. They checked the car, confirmed that I can finish the trip to Norway (400 km) free of charge. They were incredibly helpful in calming us that the trip would not be an issue.

The staff here is amazing!!! We are so thankful for their help. We rent a Grand Cali in Hamburg and were headed through Kopenhagen to Sweden when the engine light came on. So we stopped at this VW dealer for a quick check, but unfortunately no VW workshop is open on Saturdays. BUT a mechanic was working on his own car that day and he didn't hesitate to help us out - THANK YOU! We are now safe to keep traveling. :)

Terrible service. They left dirty water in my trunk, after I paid extra for a wash at my last service. They also hustle with things to fix, simply don't trust them at the mechanics workshop...

Went there to check the VW cars and see what is suitable for us. The dealer was very arrogant. When I said I am not interested in a black car, he immediately replied that”I can't repaint the car”!!! Instead, he could have said that: “this is the only one we have in stock, if you want another colour, we can order, but it will take time “. Simple and professional! He lost a potential customer for his arrogant humour 😅

Be careful. I have had bad experience with them several times. Prices are on the high side and they'll find ways to overcharge you.
