Amazing! 🇮🇹 It grows delicious, just like the best Italian ones. Filled with quality ingredients, you notice that there is a lot of attention to the customer and the final result!

They specialize in crescia, which are from Marche and Umbria in Italy. They're fried flatbreads, similar to piadina but much crispier and flakier. It reminds me of Chinese scallion pancakes. The flakiness is achieved by rolling dough into a thin tube shape, then wrapped around itself in a spiral, then flattening it. The crescia are pan-fried to order, so they come out hot and crispy. The crescia are stuffed with meats, cheese, or fish. They also make sweet versions with fruit or Nutella.

My first time trying crescia, the ingredients were fresh and the staff were super friendly and helpful. A bit salty but that’s given the nature of the Parma ham and the cheese tasted light. Prices in line with most food stalls in Copenhagen. I tried the parma ham version

True Italian piadina (or more correctly crescia di Urbino). Very high quality, at the level of the best in Italy. In fact, better than many Italian piadinerias. We took a piadina with salami and cheese and one with ham and cheese. Very good! A true corner of Italy or rather of Urbino (Renaissance city) in Copenhagen. Absolutely not to be missed. The owner is Italian and uses selected ingredients. 4 star environment because it is streetfood.

We tasted the crescia. Fantastic! A little corner of Italy in the center of Copenhagen! Excellent ingredients, coming from Italy and super friendly manager. Highly recommended

Italian cuisine from Marche at their best. Good and traditional products bring out the essence of the street food as it is done back in Italy. Prices are in line with Danish standards and the location market, however, portions are a little bit small.

Authentic italian ingredients and "crescia". There's enough options to choose from and they all look delicious, I'd definitely consider dropping by again to try more of them. On a side note, considering the price, it's not such a big meal, and if you're hungry you're probably not going to feel full with only one crescia. The filling could be just a bit more. If you're up for a snack this is a great option, but for the same price you can get a more satiating meal from one of the other stands nearby.
