Yesterday I had a treatment with Stig Thomsen. Stig did a few individual exercises on me, put several crosses with a pen on my back and said that the vertebrae that were crooked would settle into place, but it probably required up to 3-5 treatments. I also got a simple back exercise with me on the way out the door, someone I already knew about. 25 min treatment, price NOK 800!!! I would rather recommend that you spend your money on a masseuse, and for that price you can get a massage several times, which will probably have a better effect in the long run. In my view, Stig Thomsen should have retired many years ago, and the only "treatment" I received that could help could be a placebo, but I think it is crazy and thought-provoking that you have to pay NOK 800 for 1 consultation, which barely lasted 30 min. I have contacted Stig Thomsen personally, and he writes that you "pay more for quality than quantity" and that what I am writing is nonsense. I myself am a trained sports masseuse and have tried many different therapists with my back problems. so my clear advice is: Save your money and find another therapist.
