Lovely food. We got the lunch fish and chips for 89kr. It was a bit small portion size, but delicious. Wish there was one more piece of fish and some more dip, but other than that it was good. Service was pretty good as well, a bit rushed maybe and a little confusing. The waiters started to have a discussion among the guests at one point.

The service was cathastrophal, and when we had sat down, it took almost 30 minutes before we had the chance to order food. The drinks came about 30 minutes after we orderd them. When the main course came it was cold and the meat wasnt even ready at all, and almost the whole meat contained of fat! I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE, EVEN NOT THE PERSON I HATE! SO BAD SERVICE, SO BAD FOOD. But the only positive thing was the drinks and the music.

If I could give them less than 1 I would! The service is the worst, rude, not even trying Dirty: the table wear was dirty, I asked for a change and was even dirtier The food- awful They forgot a plate Omg, stay away from this place! And the bad rooms were disgusting, piss, spitting, omg I couldn’t even go in! Please avoid this place at all costs.

In a hunger, Nova looked like a cozy place to enjoy a dinner. At least from outside but we decided to eat inside. Once we entered, we had to search for a waiter a couple of minutes to get seated. The tables were covered with white A2 size papers instead of tablecloths. With every glance, the restaurant looked more and more contradictory. It was a modern looking place with mexican hats hanging on the walls and lamps next to candles that were not lit. We received two thick menus with broken pages and more than 200 meals to choose from. There were a section for vegetarian options with two meals to choose from and I bet neither of those were vegan. The meals, for us two, arrived 5 min apart from each other and did not quite look like those in the pictures of the menu. They were decent but not worth the price. The service was not rude but it was not pleasant either. When the servant asked for a tip I had to refuse, and I always give a tip if there is any reason to do so. Not the best feeling for either of us. In the end, a visit to the toilet crowned it all. Please, avoid this restaurant.

Pryanka was so sweet and so helpful despite a couple of mishaps.. She tried hard to make it better. I made a mistake to order lunch fish and chips. it was a size for children. So tiny and not great. Get the burger instead.

A centrally placed, complete tourist trap. I was going to a concert around the corner, and I was hungry and lazy. An identity confused place serving burgers, pasta, pizza, seafood, steaks and fajitas. My risotto was so wet that it was more like boiled rice with a thin cream sauce. Service was erratic, but at least quick.

Delicious lamb and steak, cozy atmosphere. Waiters speak not only Danish and English, but also Spanish, they were very kind. Absolutely love it :)

Horrible food and horrible customer service. Here is a short list of what I was unhappy with; - We did not get our silverware until we asked for it after 3 times - Our waitress was ill and had to get help from 3 other waiters - The chairs were broken - Shuttershock pictures of their food outside of their restaurant - The drinks arrived after we got our food - The menus were dirty and old. We saw at least 6 tables leave after not even getting to order their drinks. We told, what we think, was the owner of the restaurant which only then gave us some kind of service after an hour of wait. I don’t know who to blame in this case, since no one seemed happy of this situation, but it continued nevertheless until we paid and left our food and the restaurant for good. I’m not a good chef, but in this case I can say: “I could have made better food than this with my microwave”.
