To start with, it must be said that the staff were nice. However, I came away with a very small p-damage. It was a very small dent/scratch that had to be fixed and painted. My car ended up being in the workshop close to 5 weeks, I was called out after only 1 week, for a car that was not done properly. After that, there were many times when I didn't get out, as they could see for themselves that it wasn't good enough, and therefore sent it back to the painter. In any case, this gives me the feeling that they hope that the customer does not have the great sense or eyes to see the mistakes they are now making, and therefore hope that it will go away. I have been out several times myself to be the one who had to play mechanic and tell them that it wasn't good enough, although in my opinion, they showed it themselves. I was also met with rather poor excuses a couple of times, (it probably can't be done better). But it obviously could do that in the end. I am still not satisfied with the end result, however the appraiser thinks it is fine. So it must be so. Last but not least, I'm really sorry that I handed over a relatively clean car but got the car back dirty and unbelievably dusty from putty dust inside. I do not recommend this workshop as a very small scratch will take 5 weeks. Keep your eyes open and take pictures if you use this workshop.
