Been a customer for many years. Don't know if the pizzeria has changed owners. Quality is not the same as before. A couple of months ago we had a burnt pizza base. Today we received a family pizza that was 1/4 the weight during transport. (See photo) We called and asked to get a new one. The first one was sent back. It turned out that the first pizza was missing the plastic thing that keeps the pizza in place in the box during transport. I was going to eat pizza before driving to work, but I didn't have time. Sharpening otherwise we change pizzeria.
