The quality of the jacket is very poor: the seams and the material are ripping all over the jacket. Even though I don't hang it and I treat it with leather wax every two months. Since I want to buy sustainable, it's even more disappointing: I liked the idea of recycled leather and saving water, not harming animals etc, but after only a year the seams are ripping so bad, I can hardly wear it. More like fast fashion than a sustainable brand :( And it only ads to consumerism. I contacted costumer service, but the only thing worse than the quality of the leather is the attitude of this "Philip". He is incredibly rude and condescending, brushing it off as a worn look. Telling me took not hang it and polish it, which I told in my e-mail I as already doing?

hands down favorite place in Copenhagen. i have acquired 10 items from their shop over the last 5 years + have bought 3 gifts for friends thru their online store. i never write reviews but was compelled to after i saw the few bad reviews complaining of poor quality. For me, the quality is excellent and their service is so good, I wouldn’t be surprised if they personally stitched up any wear & tear that happened. Would give more stars if i could

I'm SO disappointed. After the Macy didn't work for me, I confirmed measurements and ordered the Bonnie in XL. When I received my order, I was sent a Clyde in L. It's enormous and unflattering. I emailed the company and was told that these jackets are unisex and that I was sent what I ordered (really?? then why does the Bonnie look so much different from the Clyde shape-wise??) Return shipping from the US is difficult to find reasonable rates on, Fedex was quoting me $200+ and I took too much time to return, as there is only a 14 day window from Pelechecoco. When I emailed again I was told I'm out of luck and at the end of the exchange I was flippantly told "Good luck trying to sell your jacket!" So now I have a jacket that I can't wear, basically has no resell value (I've listed it on different platforms) and I probably will have to go buy another jacket from someone else. I just want to share my experience so that this doesn't happen to someone else. I've had a pit in my stomach since my interactions with this company and its really sad because I overall like what they are trying to do with reworked leather jackets.

Hughes coat - best coat ever. Fits snug and true to size and will even stretch a bit to fit even more perfect. Totally satisfied and will shop with them again. extremely nice and helpful company, too.

Good customer service is NOT shouting at your customers when they make a complaint. Better style is not to throw them out of the store with no action taken. Regardless of age. You could have made it with a credit card as they refused to accept an identical item. The fact is that your item did not perform as expected. Wash instructions were followed to the letter!
