Expensive and bad service. I handed in a defective lawnmower and asked for a repair price. When I was called two days later, it was with the message that my repair was complete (for which I had ONLY asked for a price before he had to start). What needed to be fixed was a wire that was broken, which needed to be re-fitted. The price? DKK 325 for a MAXIMUM of 10 min of work... Won't come back.

Same experience as Thomas. They come up with other things to do (without informing) so the price can be higher.

Nice service. I arrived shortly before closing time, and drove with a garden tiller that worked again.
