It's a good place to do sports and it's staffed and they keep an eye out to make sure you don't train incorrectly. There is a good atmosphere. Good bathrooms. A little past that, that's it.

Good gym with a varied selection of free weights and Life Fitness machines which enable training of the whole body. There is always a good environment where you feel comfortable and always welcome. For beginners there is a good introduction and advice from the centre's instructors and especially from John who is the owner.

Lovely large and bright center with high ceilings. Everything you need for training, regardless of whether you are an exerciser or an elite athlete m/k. And cheap.

Frederikssund Motion Center is not a chain, and this is quite clear in the form of the peaceful, family-like atmosphere that exists on the premises. It's a super nice place to be, and the guidance is top notch 👍

Always greeted. But the most important thing for me is that you are corrected and guided if you use the machines incorrectly. Everyone feels welcome fat thin young or old.
