The guy working there is extremely good at what he does. He is very kind and understanding, and he offers discounts and offers without being asked for it if he sees that the customer is buying or getting a package of services. He is also honest and communicative. He offers honest and good advice that is well costumed for each customer's needs. I highly recommend this shop. Even though I moved out of Amager, I still make the trip to come to him

I had issues with my gears and Sayed explained my options and delivered the solution we agreed on wonderfully within no time and with very affordable prices. He is a total pro and very friendly, I would absolutely recommend visiting his shop in case you need help with your bike!

If you care about your bike at all, I would recommend you go somewhere else. Pros: the shop eventually gave me my money back. Cons: the shop was incabable of performing the job it promised (install a new chain), which lead to dealing with two chain breaks in the middle of traffic, money spent on public transportation for two weeks and eventually having to do the job myself. My overall impression was that the shop was severely lacking in knowledge and skills required to properly and safely repair a bike. Worse, the owner appeared to make no attempts at understanding his mistake, despite being confronted with the facts. Because of this, I genuinely worry that the same may happen to someone else, which could be dangerous. The shop informed me that it was important that I did not leave a negative review, and - not so subtly - told me that their lawyers contacted people that did so. Nevertheless, I feel obligated to post my honest review, especially since faulty repairs - e.g. a chain breaking - can have serious consequences mid traffic. The facts are as follows: I own a Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0. The chain broke on a Friday. Next day, I brought it to this bike shop, because it had great reviews online and I needed the bike for work Monday. The owner assured me he could get a new chain installed the same day, which he managed to do. I rode to work Monday (appr. 4km), but on my way home the new chain broke apart in the middle of an intersection - thankfully I wasn't hurt. Perplexed and worried by this, I checked what chain the bike originally came with (KMC X10eT), and went back to the bike shop Wednesday evening, to ask what chain he had installed. Turned out he installed a KMC x9, i.e. a 9 speed chain on a 10 speed bike. Nevertheless, he insisted that the x9 was compatible, and that he would just reinstall the same chain. It was late, and I had no alternatives, so I left the bike with him and he reinstalled the wrong chain. The same night I did some research, and learned a few things: - The x9 is 6.6mm wide and the X10eT (now named e10-turbo) is 5.88 mm wide, so they are clearly not the same. - The dealers manual for the cassette on my bike (Shimano CH-HG500-10, 11-42t), says it is only compatible with HG-X 10 speed chains - also 5.88mm wide. - The x9 is a regular chain, and therefor not built to withstand the extra torque on an e-bike like mine. (later I also contacted the chain manufacturer, KMC, who sure enough confirmed that the x9 should never have been installed on a bike like mine.) When the bike was "ready" the next day, I went and explained all this to the owner, but he completely ignored it - insisting the chain (x9) was fine. He informed me that he had now made the chain longer (was it too short before?!). He showed me where the chain still had signs of damage from falling off, but said it was fine. He even hoisted up the bike attempting to show that the it worked, but completely ignored the horrible sound it made on some of the gears. He also kept changing gears without pedaling, which the manual says to never do. I asked him multiple times to stop, but eventually had to raise my voice slightly to make him. He did it again 2 min. later, though... He did offer me my money back, since I obviously wasn't happy. However, at this point the money wasn't the issue for me. Especially, since I initially came to him because I needed it fixed ASAP. His offer to pay me back, was also subject to him removing the chain, leaving me without transportation again. Since he was supposedly the professional and insisted the chain would hold, I therefore reluctantly left with the wrong chain installed. The chain made it to and from work Friday, but when I rode it again Sunday it immediately snapped. I then promptly contacted the owner and got my money back (to my dismay, he still wanted the chain back, so I had to make another trip...). Shortly after, I ordered and installed an e10-Turbo chain myself, which sure enough operated without any problems whatsoever.

Went in because I had a flat tire and the guy there was super nice! He helped us and gave us many options as to how to deal with the flat tire. Didn’t take long at all and now my bike is perfect and the pricing was great! Highly recommend!

I paid more than 2000k for changing tires and chain, which doesn’t work smoothly. I came back and he said change gears slower… but it’s just not working at all. There is good contact only if you want to agree on service but not if you complain about it.

Didn’t want to help at all to do small fix on my disc brake. I could even not use his tool for a minute to tighten the disc brake myself.
