Looking for doctors who care.

My son still has glue in his eye after our last visit almost 3 weeks ago. Downright dangerous place to come. The whole family has just changed doctors.

Terribly bad service, long waiting times. There are 4 of us in my family who have always had a doctor with them, we all change. Have been to 7 consultations and only at the last consultation did I get the right treatment. Would not recommend anyone to be a patient with them.

If you could give 0 stars, they would definitely get it. Arrogance and then it's just a money machine, you have to write to an email even on a course you're on. Only to wring as much as possible out of the public domain.

I have had one of the doctors almost all my life. Full trust and openness. Nothing is too big or too small. Love it. Like to drive 20 km to get to the doctor for all 6 in the household.

The doctors are very thorough and attentive. The conditions are perfect and the hygiene is top notch. Competent nurses and friendly secretaries. However, you must be prepared for waiting time, but better that than bad treatment.👍

Worst experience today at Family Doctors Espergærde Kvistgård. We get time for our sick child of almost 3 years until 1:10 p.m. They will be delayed half an hour because they are at lunch. And there it says they are back from lunch at 1.15pm. I have a crying child in the waiting room. They come from lunch and take someone else before us. I politely ask the secretary that we had time at 1:10 p.m. and whether we have to wait longer as my son is incredibly upset and restless. She replies that we will be called when it is our turn. We then visit doctor Annika Norsk Jensen and she looks at my son in 60 seconds and assesses that he has a virus. And when we are about to leave, she stands and accuses us not to be angry about the waiting time and not to speak badly of her secretary! Which I have NOT done! And the secretary also confirmed this afterwards in front of many other waiting patients in the waiting room. We will move forward with her allegations and will change doctors immediately! Bad treatment. My son has not had that time and examination because she was "angry" with us! Not professional at all!

First last and only time! First 45 minutes of waiting on the phone, only to be told that you cannot book an appointment before 9:00 (despite my doctor's app saying phone time from 8:00), so you have to call back and wait just as long again, unacceptable . Then meets a gentleman who doesn't even introduce himself, then doesn't listen and talks down to one. Went straight out and changed doctors - who is there for whom?
