RETURN RIGHT? It is almost the norm today. But not in this store. It is really thin and unfortunate when you are happy to pay extra to shop physically and locally. You are helping to provoke the death of the shop

5* - For the price - cheapest price on the market for a 2019 Avenue with a lot of equipment. 2* - In order for the bike to be delivered on the agreed day (not determined by myself), why I stay home from work that day, but no bike arrives and no notification of a possible delay is received. 2* - Because we agreed the bike should be delivered completely assembled, as I have no tools myself, but the bike was delivered with a handlebar that faces the wrong way (probably due to freight, but not according to the agreement and I couldn't adjust it myself). The pedals were not fitted so had to pay the local bike shop for these items. 1* - For not responding to my inquiries throughout the above process. 1* - Due to a few scratches on the rim of the front wheel, but I gave up communicating this to Billigcykler, as I received no response to the other inquiries - so will not complain about the lack of response to this one. All in all, a regrettable process, because such things can happen, but it is the way a company handles it that is decisive. No response and communication is the most frustrating thing as a customer, and I clearly lacked that here.

Not exactly the best experience. They managed to lie to my face three times during the wait, and went more than a week beyond the promised delivery time. The boss could neither admit that they had made a mistake nor say sorry. The bike is nice, but I won't be going back there if I can avoid it.

High prices, didn't do what was agreed and didn't call when the bike was done (took them over two weeks even though it was a standard repair). When I picked up the bike, they talked about it and didn't offer the slightest apology. We will NOT go there again!

They are nice and nice and know what they are doing. But unfortunately it is on the expensive end. The range is completely ordinary everyday bikes.
