Rarely have I been treated so badly! I wanted to have my mother's electric bike serviced, but was told from the start that they would only help those who had bought the bike in their shop!?? I was told it was because they had to service regular customers first (?!), and you might sue them if you were subsequently dissatisfied (??), then that they MIGHT still help if the bike was dangerous to ride - it wasn't - so they thought I could probably drive to Copenhagen (they joked that it was an electric car) - in the end it was explained that they had retrained their employees for a lot of money, they were competent and therefore could NOT servicing my mother's bike, which had been bought elsewhere! The man explained a bike is like a car, you have to drive it to the dealer if it breaks down! (what a condescending idiocy) I don't know whether to cry or laugh at SUCH condescending, non-service minded and hovskisnovski work-shy cyclist SIG. Did I forget to say, the mother and son in the shop were furious about the state of the bike, it should have been serviced a long time ago, they explained to me. Is it a new trend: bike dealers who refuse to do work without a prior purchase contract with the customer?

Really nice bike dealer, always ready with advice and guidance. The price can also be discussed. The workshop is thorough and skilled, but perhaps a bit more expensive than elsewhere.
