The food was fine, the service not so fine. It seemed like the place needed to hire at least one more in the kitchen. We visited a Friday evening and it wasn't because the restaurant was packed, but the 2 young people in the kitchen were quite busy with preparing food for the customers in the restaurant and for wolt, foodora and just-eat costumers.. The result was that we (the customers in the restaurant) had to wait 30-40minuts to get their food 🙄 uh! And it would be great if the ones working there, knows about existing offers (we bought a deal that was, 2 burgers and 2 Cocio. We got our burgerss. When we asked for the Cocios, they looked puzzled and we had to show them to prove that we were telling the truth!? 🤦🏽‍♀️😅 The burgers tasted great, though.

We waited 10 minutes at the Greeter desk, both employees did not react, as they had some orders to prepare. But not even eye contact or a little reaction like "we are with you in a minute ". When we wanted to order they told us it will take minium 30 minutes, which was close to their opening hour ending. The burger looked OK, but we didn't order at the end with no reaction. Would not recommend to go there, if you interested in service minded gastronomy.

Fairly good burgers for this price range, I can recommend the Triple Chilli Cheese Burger. They are definitely a better choice than e.g. McDonald’s premium burgers. The service speed could improve a lot, it was quite slow (15-20 mins) even with only 5 people in the queue. There are a lot of seating places both inside and outside.

Pretty good, but the double beef burger tasted a bit unbalanced; I think they perfected the taste balance for the standard burger, and then just added another patty. Fries are good but not the best. Affordable price and nice atmosphere though.

I've heard so much good about burger shack, and I'm happy to say that it fully lived up to my expectations. Really nice beef patty with a nice grill flavour. Good balance of beef, cheese and veggies. Nice fries with an interesting selection of dips. This will not be my last visit to burger shack, this is worth a visit everytime you pass by.

Really great burger, great service, has apple and orange juice, but they hide it under the desk (from juice thieves; v valuable). Edit 5 months later: Another amazing burger. Try the Thai chicken summer special - next level!
