SO BAD that 1 star is too much !!! The absolute worst treatment we have ever been exposed to! We received via Euroflorist a bouquet for DKK 450, which consisted of withered flowers - and of such poor quality + "wrapping" that we asked for a return. The owner's attitude and tone was rude and unpleasant - she had "enough customers" and didn't care about our attempts to complain.... She refused to give the money back, despite the withered flowers. The flowers in the shop were generally of very poor quality - and the place cannot be recommended at all!

Fine flowers delivered / however, Blomsterhuset is of the belief that we live in the dustbin.... delivery agreement as "door" - this does not mean on top of the dustbin facing the public road and with 20 meters to the front door.....
