Should have handed in license plates for my car today. Enters... Gets a cup of coffee, then otherwise stands for 25 minutes waiting for service while an older employee and a young employee tinker with a car/talk. I ask if they want to help me and say that I have to go on to work and am a bit busy. Then I get yelled at and told not to tell him what to do and told to find another engine office. This, of course, at 3:45 p.m., a quarter before closing time. Then had to spend 30 minutes being shouted at by an unpleasantly large man. I myself am a 25-year-old girl. I think it was an unpleasant experience and do not want others to end up in a similar situation. So zero stars
