the most wonderful staff / owner - recently one of our beautiful blue Japanese bowls broke in a dishwasher. he didn't even ask any questions, not even a receipt, just trusted my word - and we received a replacement (new bowl). such heartwarming customer service is difficult to find these days. what a gem of a store! I hope it serves customers for a long time ❤️

Very misleading name since most of the products are made in Japan. Thought we could find some Chinese products but guess not here :( hope you guys could change the store name to The Japan Shop instead so that people don’t mistake Japanese products as Chinese. 🤗🤗

Really high quality clothes and kitchen utensils. Can be a little pricy at times but it just means the product is well made. The kimonos are absolutely lovely.
