Italian raw material, therefore: excellent food, tasty, appetizing and in the right doses. Personally, I had a pizza with mortadella and it was truly unusual due to the refined combinations of the ingredients (mortadella, Sicilian dried tomatoes, aged goat's cheese, buffalo mozzarella and asparagus powder). The cooking was excellent, a perfect Neapolitan pizza, all that was missing was Vesuvius behind it. The atmosphere inside the place was truly convivial and cheerful, not easy to find in this city where everyone is a bit cold. The waiters, Italian or of Italian origin, are very approachable and know very well how to put people at ease, inclined to converse and get to know their diners. Excellent beer and a truly delicious chocolate mousse and pumpkin jam dessert. The bill was high but in line with the city (one of the most expensive in Europe), €47.50 for a pizza, beer and dessert. Highly recommended!

On our journey to discover the best pizzerias in the world we tried this pizzeria in Copenhagen and we were not disappointed at all. All Italian staff who make you feel at home. The particular thing is the dough with its typical "sourdough", I discovered that Surt means sour in Danish; really light and tasty. I tried the margherita with buffalo mozzarella and it was excellent. Definitely a place I would like to return to even if a little off the beaten tourist track, I recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They kindly found a place for us on Saturday evening with no reservation and made us feel very welcome. We shared the celeriac "risotto" to start which was sublime. The rice is replaced by finely diced celeriac and the flavour is just exceptional. We shared the Italian sausage pizza with leeks and fermented chilli. It was delicious and the sour dough Neapolitan crust was to die for. We finished with risalamande which was also delicious. The female Italian server was so lovely, explained everything and was just so nice to chat with. Overall a meal to remember. Highly recommended.

The sourdough is good, but it doesn't help if it is routinely burnt it in the oven (see pictures posted by other reviewers, not necessarily only mine). This is a no-go for any Italian pizza, it's the basics: it shouldn't be burnt. Some little black spots here and there are acceptable, but their pizza is routinely burned. It's a pity because otherwise the ingredients are fresh and tasty, but after having been there a few times I won't be back again. Both price and food don't live up to the hype.

Very warm and welcoming place. Try their beer specialties especially the sour / Weizen beer - it’s great! the pizza was amazing as expected - they somehow managed to prepare a very fluffy, thin but crunchy dough which is not normal not even in these high-end Vera pizza neapoletana places. Definitely worth to go there. 🍕 will go there again! Also because of the nice and quiet historic Carlsberg brewery and its unique elephant 🐘

I won't use the word 'fantastic'. But the pizzas are tasty, and prepared from good raw materials. A little too salty. And clearly too pricey! If you want authentic Italian style pizza, this is not the place to go. The selection of beer on the menu is quite annoying as it only contains weird beers. There's simply no traditional pilsner to be found.

Best Neapolitan Pizza In Copenhagen! Excellent fresh and light sourdough pizza with the best ingredients u can find, minimal a bit boring design and cool service. Ordered Classic Margherita with Tomatoes from Calabria and fresh buffalo mozzarella, plus a classic Mortadela one. Both great! Plus a very umami zucchini salad !

very nice restaurant, very nice staff but very BAD pizza on so many level. Appreciate the good quality of the ingredients but very bad execution and result. It is a pity as it has good potential....as we say in Napoli "the mountain has given birth to a little mouse" meaning they build som much expectation with advertisement and so on but in the end...just illusion.
