The employees are nice as such, but the store did not say that they no longer return items. Well, you can exchange, but we wanted DKK 1500 back after we had bought some shoes that my daughter had to try on at home, so she wanted to be sure they fit well. We told the employee this, and she fully understood this. The shoes didn't fit, but when we wanted to return, we were met by a wall. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get the money back, so we got a credit on a receipt. I asked if we could get it as a plastic gift card instead, as receipts can break, but no. There was no friendliness or understanding of our situation. We will never shop in Sportmaster again.
