Dad's really sick w cancer & I asked him-"What do you want?" He said:" Tatar from Friis".. He's got no appetite but this meat we both enjoyed & his eyes was beaming with love for me. Great butcher. Thanks Friis. You made our day.

We purchased a leg of lamb for an Easter roast here and it was fantastic! They were super friendly and welcoming (even though we got there RIGHT on closing time), and gave me some great advice. We rarely eat meat, but when we do, we want to make sure it's really high quality and organic to minimize the impact on the environment, so we will definitely be coming back here again.
