Beautiful restaurant and wonderful staff! Professional service from the waiter named, Lou! Such a sweetheart. Pleasant atmosphere with good music to enjoy the food. Highly recommended! Lots of love from here<3.

We had a confusing experience. There is a lot to say but first i want to prize their food. It’s amazing. Worth everything. BUT there is a lot to talk. 1-They have 2 floor. Main and basement. Basement space is like a cage. Not the atmosphere we expected. Be aware of this! 2-Service times are disaster! Starters came in 30 minutes. Main came 50 minutes after the starters. We had 120 minutes according to their strict policy. 80 of it gone for waiting our food. When the main was served we had 20 minutes to finish and go. One nice lady came and gave apologizes. Also remind that we have to leave table in 20 mins. Offered a free drink and chair in basement bar area. We didn’t get them and left the place on time. Seems like kitchen and management is not on the same page.

Such a nice evening I had in Palazzo. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing, and we especially got a good service from Lou. What a sweetheart she was! Will definitely recommend this place!:D

Food was very nice, very friendly service and cool vibe! Such a pity the close at ten, would have loved to do another round of cocktails. Definitely recommend for a casual bite!

I would give it 4 ½ stars if it were possible. The pasta was really good. I tried a spicy pasta, which was a replacement for the Gnocchi. The menu is filled with a lot of items, which I think is a good thing because everything on the menu looks delicious. Inside, it looks very cozy, and the atmosphere is super nice. The drink menue is also filled with alot of interresting stuff. I had the lemonade it was really refreshing. The only reason for not giving 5 stars for the food is its need a wow factor. The price is 89kr on weekdays, which is good. But I will recommend getting some sides or starters because the portions are a bit small. Also, serving Carbonara without Guanciale as a standard is crazy

Good food especially for the price. Used their pocket pasta offer with a glass of wine. Service was a bit slow. Got the pasta of the month.
