Do not recommend. It took them 2.5 days to try and fix my simple cable gear and it still didn’t work. Waste of time.

My bike got punctured on my way to work. So unlucky. But fortunately i was so close to this shop. Normally all bike shops will ask you to come back the day after to pick up if the tire needs to be changed. But they had me bike fixed in 15 min! Super efficient and professional. And they also offered a six month guarantee for the new tire. Now it is my go-to bike shop in Copenhagen

We wanted to rent bikes and were given a pair in really bad condition. We showed the guy the problems but he said ”its ok”and ignored them. The rest of the day we were nervous about if the bikes were to fall apart! Also my gf seat had a whole from wich water was leaking on to her pants. We do not recommend to rent here.

Bought a beautiful bike there. 2 weeks later I had a puncture (This is normal as most shops sells bikes with the cheapest tires). Took it to the nearest bike shop, who asked if I had put the bike together myself? Then he showed me how he was able to untie the steering wheel with one finger. That stuff can be seriously dangerous. He found a long list of other serious problems with the bike (the saddle stick had not been greased, wheels were not attached straight, things not attached properly). Now less than 6 months after I bought the bike at Nørreport Cykler, the back wheel screen broke in two... while I was on the bike. Luckily the only thing that was harmed was the bike. 6 months later, the bike has now cost me over 1500 kr in repairs. That's 50% of the price of what I payed for the actual bike more or less.

I fully recommend this bike shop. Yesterday I went to change the back wheel, and they did it immediately. And they change the grips of my bike for free, as they could see that they were old, but I didn't have the money to change them. Thank you so much!! If I have any problem with my bike, I hope not, but I will definitely come to your shop.

I paid 169 kr to repair my wheel. After a few hours, it was deflated again. He wanted more money to fix it. I made it myself, and found a small piece of glass in the wheel. He changed the tube (maybe) without removing the glass. Very dishonest and incompetent.

I had a flat tire and came in 5 minutes before they'd close. They were super helpful and fixed my bike right away within 10 minutes! They were competent and friendly and I only payed 120kr. Thank you!

(this is Edited Review) I did came back to this amazing shop 3rd time already now while i'm writing this review. I just can't thank enough the (owner of the shop) from fixing the break, changing the both tires and putting the basket and lock of my bike😊 I can't just ignore their excellent service here. 🥰🤗 ughh! this Bike shop is highly recommended 💯✔️ Tusind tak my friends 🥰
