Very bad experience. Tried to rip me off through a loan that was initially rejected by the bank because my income was not enough. They asked me for some more documents and somehow they got it accepted and told me that I only need to sign the buying-selling contract. Or so they said. What they forgot to tell me but luckily I asked, was that the initial borrowing conditions changed adding an extra 200 kr/month (over 74 months) to the already very high monthly payments that we initially agreed on. When I asked for the loan agreement documents to study them and decide with my girlfriend if we want it or not, I was told that someone hacked their computer and they don’t have the documents but that they will send me the car selling contract(which they did) and that I will find all the details there( which I didn’t because they weren’t). However, what I could find in the contract is that they also added some extra expenses about which I was not consulted like service for an already serviced car that amounted to 4800 kr. The car which was supposed to cost 106490 kr, now costed before the loan, 115000 kr of which I was supposed to pay 30000 as a downpayment as initially agreed. The rest of 85000 was supposedly borrowed from Santander and I was supposed to pay 1906 kr/month(x74=141044). Total cost of the car=171044. I told them I am not interested anymore.

Used car store, didn't follow up on mails, rejects complaints, but helpful with issues under warranty that doesn't cost them a penny.

LW auto starts well, but ends poorly. When buying a car (Mercedes), it was so flawed that one would think it was a lie. However, LW auto was accommodating in terms of getting the problem rectified - that is, when they had ordered the right spare parts, or to the level of their professionalism. Many hours were spent at the workshop, as well as worries when the car suddenly did strange things. With retrofitted carplay/android auto, nothing worked - despite many attempts, it just stayed on and on. Screen turned off, didn't show rear camera etc etc. Since the demand for disassembly and the money back, it was rejected purely with reference to the fact that it had been bought as a company purchase, which was true, but that does not mean that the purchase law does not apply. The case ended up in court, and there it becomes very clear why all emails with described problems are met with a reply "just call us" My advice to you (should you still be tempted to buy a car from LW) is to get EVERYTHING in writing - from day 1. The smallest complaint you have - get it in writing. It will be your evidence when you end up in court to get your money back.

They demand both a driver's license and a health insurance card when you have to test drive a car and then they "forget" to hand your health insurance card back Rasmus and Lars are two unappealing people Definitely cannot recommend buying a car from them!

I have bought a car from LW Biler and I am very impressed by their professional approach to a transaction. You just know that when you come to them, you will be advised on the right choice, whether it concerns the purchase of a car or servicing of your car. If you have questions, they always get back quickly with a good and informative answer. My last purchase was a BMW 1 series which I have been very happy with. Subsequently, I have been with other cars where they have always been helpful as well. All in all, it's a good place to shop and get your car fixed and I can only recommend that you drive out to them and buy your next car or use their workshop, which also takes good care of you. If you could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Calling to arrange a showing of the car and to make sure that the car had not been sold. Says on the phone that I have to drive a long way, which is why I called to make sure. Arrives at the agreed time a few hours later, when it turns out that they have sold the car in the meantime and have not bothered to call and inform me, so I could have saved 1 hour of driving and gas for driving in vain. Beneath criticism…
