When I set the price over the phone, after arriving at the store, they change to a higher price.

About to buy my first motorcycle. And was a little worried about the many negative reviews. But it was put to shame. Good service, very helpful, huge selection of bikes and quite nice people behind the counter. I'm not worried about buying my next bike here!

It was an ambivalent experience visiting this place. However, I was welcomed and told where the model I was looking for was located. Everything as expected. I went alone to the area and was allowed to look for myself (actually very nice that there is not a salesman on the neck of a constant) Now the strange state. I couldn't find the exact model I had on the website, and therefore wanted to get in touch with an employee. No one was present on the 1st floor, so I went to the living room. No one to see here so I pressed the bell... No one came so I pressed again..... Igeen came forward? I tried to call but again no one came? When I tried to go outside all the gates were suddenly closed and no employees were to be seen? I obviously have to write an email to get answers to my questions. A bit of a shame when you have, after all, driven 40 km to visit them

When buying a used motorcycle, it was agreed that it should have a major service and a stamp in the service book. Also new rear tire and battery. When it had to be picked up there was no knowledge of any service and no stamp in the book either. 'But if it was agreed, then it was probably also done'…….. After 7 e-mails to their 'customer service', with no reply, I called and asked for confirmation on the stamp. It took 6 months from the purchase of the motorcycle until one cold line came back about 'that it was probably done'... I wonder if (?!) The battery died the season after that, despite charging over the winter in pulse chargers. It was probably not new. 2 years later, I was recommended a new rear tire by Stevens MC in Amager... they could see the age of it. It had to be changed. Broken agreements and bad service. They had the motorcycle I was looking for, but I will never set foot in that shop again as a customer.
