This man is a thief. Very bad example for Denmark and the neighborhood of Nörrebro. We rented bikes and paid in advance. When we returned the bikes, the owner went crazy and would not return my driver's license unless I payed him extra money. I should have called the police for this extortion, but had to get my license back. This shop is owned by criminals. Worst experience in Copenhagen by far! Such a nice city; what a shame to trick tourists who want to explore it by bike.

Don't go to this Shop. Owner behavior is so worst and bad ,I have ever seen in my Copenhagen life . I have very bad experience with him . Now it's your choice about your decision to go there .

Extremely rude owner and worst service I have ever experienced in a bike shop. I asked for a repair to my bikes and while I was asking questions the owner insulted me while claiming this is not a place ‘to study’. DON’T COME HERE

If you want friendly staff, reasonable prices and good service, go elsewhere! My repair broke after 5 minutes and when I returned to complain, I was told, "do you want to stand here and discuss for an hour or do you want me to fix the bike?". I chose neither option. Garden Cykler on Jagtvej is very close by if you need something more reasonable in the area.

Low quality material used to repair a bicycle wheel. Few months later came to complain crappy material and service and got no warranty with a rude attitude
