The dumplings are good, I ordered 3 types of dumplings and 2 hot side dishs, all was getting to me very hot and together. The real great dish is the double fried tofu. The soup was not good at all, it was mostly oil, and without much taste, I didn't eat it. To order you fill a menu paper with a pen, it might be better if you can just order regularly without all the papers used for that.

Amazing dumplings (had veggie & pork)! But you really have to try the special chili sauce with the fried tofu - it’s a blast! Service was friendly and fast. You fill out a ordering sheet and give it to them (honestly I don’t mind if she’s smiling during that "process", she was indeed!

The dumplings are kind of okay, they are not good, but not bad either. A bit more acidic than I’d like them to be, and overall the taste is quite flat.

I was here by night cause I was starving. Attracted by the place I entered and found a really fresh and cool design, with regular tiles and nice lights. Ordering was pretty fast as you need to fill your paper. I took spinach dumplings, very delicate and chicky dumplings with chicken, so tasty with the little crost of frying. Then I ordered a side of double fried tofu which was spectacular as you could taste multiple flavors. Staff is really kind, disposable and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

Good food, we liked it. The vegetarian spinach dumplings were amazing and so was the cold noodles salad w peanut sauce. Service was kinda slow but it's understandable, given it's a one man operation

These dumplings are PHENOMENAL! I ordered two servings, demolished them, tried to go back for a third, they said the kitchen was closed, I almost cried. Not because I was still hungry (GAO is very filling and affordable)… i just wanted another taste.

Quick if you're early, but if you arrive around 7pm, expect a loong wait. Surroundings are nice. Also pretty cheap. The mushroom and spinach dumplings are vegan, as are the sides. If you're a big eater or especially hungry, order more than you think you'll want.

GAO is a culinary adventure that combines the best of Hong Kong and Copenhagen. Their dumplings are a true delight, and the menu selection, catering to both carnivores and vegans, is impressive. It is clear that they are passionate about what they do. Thank you, GAO, for bringing us this fantastic culinary experience!
