Things are out of control, I had to get the same key made twice. However, this resulted in the last key not working either, and they had to tell me after trying 2 times that they could not make that key. A WASTE OF TIME! The funny thing is that both times I come back with a useless key, the reaction is "you didn't get it made here" or "who made it?". As if they were well aware that the key was printed incorrectly (wrong material or method). Got everything else equal to the money back, I didn't expect anything else either! Luckily there are many other EXPERT locksmiths in the area.

We have used AZ Locks as our locksmith for many years and have nothing to complain about the company. They are skilled and provide a good service to our cooperative housing association in Vesterbro. In fact, they also fixed the courtyard glass door to the office, which had become stuck and could not be opened, although no one else, neither a carpenter from a large joinery company nor 2 window companies, could figure out how to get the door to open.
