There is some great pizza in Copenhagen so it’s hard to rank a pizza 4 or 5 if it doesn’t live up to the others. I would say that the service was good . The restaurant was empty we came after lunch and everyone was nice. The place was clean, spacious and as it should be . The pizza was ok - not great, not take a bite and smile as you should from a good pizza. It was bad pizza either just pizza. We had a blanco pizza with goat cheese where I had high hopes that just weren’t met properly and that is a shame. I would definitely go back and give it another try expecting it to be better …

Like walking into a dressed up corpse of a pub turned into a diner. The place tries, I'll give it that, but the atmosphere is chaotic, with everything from broken toilet seats and trash bins, to paper towels covering the restroom floors, to unfinished details around carpets, walls and lamps. The overall vibe was just that this used to be a pub/eatery that has been dressed up in a hurry, to make it look like a diner. The service was terrible, but I am not blaming the staff, they are just too young and inexperienced, with a lack of leadership guidance. They greet us, telling us their payment system is out, and we might not be able to pay for our food, and they don't know for how long we have to wait.... We had a reservation for 8 people for a birthday party, might want to send a notification via mail/sms, but that wasn't the case. We were promised a flag, even told after we sat down, that they would bring a flag to the table of the birthday holder. This never happened. From our arrival to the time we actually got our food, we spent 1 hour and 10 minutes in the "diner". Staff seemed stressed out, with a lack of excess and sight for what needed to be done in what order. After approximately 2 hours the "freshly renovated" playroom did open, paint still being wet on some surfaces 🤷♂️ This was a small reckoning after all. The food is hardly worth even mentioning, just the price really doesn't fit the product. It's a pizza, and not even a particularly good one, considering the place is branding itself as a pizza joint. Anyways, boring, wet pizzas, with burned bottoms. I would not recommend wasting money here ever. The place advertised themselves as having a playroom for children, which they did have, sadly it was being renovated. The playroom was one of the reasons for choosing Frankies... Not even this was noted or mentioned on their webpage. Which added to the frustration of having a reservation at what just wasn't a cosy place to eat not great food but expensive food. Edit! Forgot to mention the dirty glasses and cutlery, multiple glasses at our table were dirty on the inside, with dried in stains 🤢 a few forks and knifes as well, really grossing us out.

The pizza and service are good. The children area would be great if it wasn't open for all ages to play with it. There were some teenagers 13+ throwing balls against each other and it hit my 4yo in the eye. Despite the fact that it became too dangerous for my 1yo to enjoy the ball pit.

Amazing location and amazing pizza place. Highly recommend it✌️🙃

A great place across from the park to take a break and people watch. I was suggested a light beer which I very much enjoyed, but the pizza, although oven baked, was a bit [very] light on the cheese, but otherwise decent. The service was excellent by youngsters with excellent customer-focused skills.

Loved our experience here! Pizza was delicious, but our favorite part had to be the drinks!

I accidentally ordered pizza to the wrong location online and when I went to pickup at this location it obviously wasn't there. Staff were so friendly and actually remade my pizzas at no extra charge. So delightful and above any expectations for customer service. Bonus was the pizza was quite delicious and the remake took no time at all. 10 out of 10 would order again! (correctly this time)

We had the Frankie's Fest, which includes unlimited pizza and drinks, and I have to say they did an amazing job with keeping up with our pace with food as well as drinks. Definitely a huge difference with some other places where I've been where "unlimited" maybe means two or three rounds and then your time is already up. Here unlimited means "as soon as you've finished it we'll bring a new one as soon as possible" which meant we had more than enough of both food and drinks in 2 hours and were completely full and satisfied. On top of the really good and fast service the Pizzas and cocktails had a great taste and a good variety. Definitely a recommendation
