Stopped there on my way home to Norway with a badly unbalanced wheel. After waiting in the lobby for a while the guy reluctantly came to the counter, took a quick look at my car and just said with a grumpy tone that he couldn't jack it up as my car was too low. Apparently a large tire shop does not have a single item in the workshop to put under my wheel to fit the jack under my car. So I took it 100m down the road to First Stop where I got excellent service. 10 minutes later I was on my way with a perfectly balanced wheel that he even tightened with a torque wrench!

Tire change, you show up at the agreed time and there is never more than max. 5 waiting time. You drive from there again within 20-25 minutes. Fast and efficient!!!

Came at 11.30 in the morning and asked if they could balance 2 front wheels on my camper. There were 2 people sitting at each computer and no customer in the workshop as far as I could see. One went out and looked at the car and said they could do it at 1:30 pm and that it cost DKK 600. I refused and drove 200m to First Stop where I was helped directly by a super nice guy and drove from there at 12:00! The price was also something different 200dkk
