It's not so cool when you come to someone with a problem with a mountain bike and are greeted with a condescending attitude. Was told that I would not be able to get that problem solved in Denmark (strange when it is a problem with a standardized component in the bike). I have been met with this condescending attitude several times, not a place I will shop in again.

Great service! I called in the afternoon with a poor daughter and a flat bike that needed to be used immediately the following morning. "come by in half an hour and we'll make it," was the reply. 30 minutes later the bike was ready for DKK 95. It's not the last time I send the kids there.
