Great service, high quality and elegant bikes. My boyfriend has been riding a cycle factory bike for 10 years and it still runs really well.

Bought a bike for around DKK 6000 in February 2012. After riding the bike everyday for a few months, the rear wheel was so worn that it had to be replaced. The bike factory would not admit that it was a little early, the rear wheel came off, so we had to share the cost of the replacement. Now almost four years later, the paint is peeling, the bike is rusted in many places, and the hub, crank and rear wheel have worn off so much that the whole thing has to be replaced, a cost of DKK 2000-2500. That bike has just been a bad experience all the way through and I don't want to throw good money after bad so I'm done with it. Had it patched at Baisikeli once: They said that all the components apart from the frame on the bike were the cheapest you can get. Maybe I've just been unlucky, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Cykelfabrikken's bikes to anyone, nor their service.
