Citizen service Frederiksberg 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ New passport - show up without an appointment & be welcomed by an extremely polite & service minded employee👍 For info - had searched via website. Out of 3 self-service options, 2 were usable - but the employees showed great goodwill & helpful in every way👌 Really good experience & it is "still" living people who stand behind the counter - they are, to me, part of the system, but in no way part of the decisions that they have to work in & within....🤔 Hence - treat them the way you want to be treated 😉

Been here for over 30 min. And in the middle of the queue, not a single number has moved... In other words, there is no guarantee that things will go better by choosing to come here on a weekday morning.

There most illogical encounter system.. good luck figuring it out.. Smart se do not write you must bring a photo for an international driver's license. It costs money when they have to take it.
