Really bad customer care. Call it down, get an appointment on Monday the week after when they have time to look at the car, I then hand it over on Monday morning and they will then call and give an estimate of the price. It will then be Thursday and I haven't heard anything, so I call down to find out how it is and they haven't even looked at the car yet. So Friday morning I picked up my car and drove it to another garage because I didn't want to put up with such lousy service and indifference to a customer. Definitely NOT recommended!

Perfect car sale! We bought a car from Andersen Biler Frederikssund. We shopped with branch manager Jesper Heiden. We started by test driving a car that was with them, and ended up ordering a new one from the factory, with almost the same specifications. Focus estate car 182hp, with a few equipment packages. Jesper was good at meeting us at eye level and answering questions, as well as guiding in equipment packages, service agreement, anti-rust treatment and much more. We have felt well treated at Ford in Frederikssund, and can absolutely recommend that you shop with Jesper and his colleagues. But here's an idea for the automakers: When you order a cheap item online, you get a track n' trace number and a link where you can see the status of your order yourself. Why don't you get the same when you order a car for several hundred thousand kroner? Why should I, as a customer, take a seller's time to get status? With our purchase, we shop at Andersen Biler, but are really also dependent on good service from Ford/Ford DK, and they failed by letting the registration of our car hang, so it sat for several days at the dealer, without getting plates on. A pity, but not the dealer's fault.

Skilled mechanics and high level of service. We have had several things done on our older Nissan Primera and the prices match other garages. No extra costs or huge bills. On the contrary.

They have moved to new premises and workshops so it can seem a bit confusing, but it probably won't be long before they get the hang of it 😎😉 good dealer and service workshop..

To control the car. It is in order And I could drive home again after a little over three quarters of an hour, 1 cup of coffee and good treatment, oil change and a bill. Thanks for now.
