Great experience with renting a cargo bike!!!! Stuff is very kind and helpful! So easy to book, pick up your bike and explore the city in the best way!!!! Recommendations! 🫶

We came here to buy a bike for our 2-year-old. Friendly staff, great service, and a good selection of products. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place for trekking bikes at all: The shop has only a small selection of them and the staff seemed shockingly inexperienced with the few models they had; one member of their staff was trying to persuade me to buy their only available model in a size that was way too big for me??! (I ended up buying my trekking bike at a different shop where I had the feeling that the staff was honest and more competent.) Furthermore, they installed a kickstand on my trekking bike in a way that it was constantly scratching on the pedals while cycling: Obviously the person who installed the kickstand could not be bothered to take a short test drive and do according adjustments. I specified in the shop that I will cycle for several months with baggage and therefore needed a strong & reliable kickstand. Well what can I say: The kickstand was of so poor quality that it broke after only three weeks..! I’m very disappointed and frankly speaking quite furious that I paid overpriced Copenhagen prizes for a service that was so incredibly poor. I cannot recommend this place at all: The staff seems incompetent and the quality of their products is shockingly poor.

These guys rock! Better than Fri, which refused to install the same pizza rack on my bike. Barholt adjusted my brakes, and the people are honest. Would definitely recommend!

Great bike quality. Runs super smooth. Breaks very well tuned (which by all means is not always the case in Copenhagen‘s bike rental shops). Friendly staff. Fair value for money.

A good selection of new bikes and accessories and people who know their stuff. It can be busy, especially during the weekend, but I'd rather wait a few minutes and get good advice from people who love bikes than immediate service from people who just see it as a job. I bought a bakfiets cargobike and the owner knew all the ins and outs of the bike. I found Kristoffer particularly helpful and his personal service made me decide to come back for two more bikes for our family.

Nice shop with good bikes. Would get 5 stars if the staff was more service minded. Came in today to buy an accessory to a bike I bought from them a month ago. It was 15 minutes before closing time and I asked if they could assist me attach the item to the bike (it was one screw). The reply was they were closing and they could have it ready after the weekend if I left the bike with them. I then asked to borrow the tools to do it myself. It took 3 minutes for me. As I said nice shop, not so nice service.

Exactly what we needed. We were visiting Copenhagen for 2 days Saturday and Sunday, and they rented us bikes for a very generous rate (they weren't open on Sundays so we could drop the bikes off and put the keys through the door at any time). Good bikes, good English, would visit again.
