We booked at this restaurant for the evening of the 30th and it was a pleasant evening The wait wasn't long and the food was really excellent!!! We ordered sirloin and cod and to finish the chocolate cake. To drink a bottle of water and a medium beer. We spent around €110 between 2. Despite the price being quite high compared to Italy (but adequate for being in the center of Copenhagen) everything was really very good! Advise

Came across this incredible gem in Copenhagen while strolling around. Took a quick look at the reviews (which I don’t trust all the time) and put my head in to see the atmosphere… well now I wish I had found this place sooner cause it was hands down the best place I have eaten in town. I had the traditional Smørrebrød and it was pure ecstasy, reasonable price and incredible presentation. The service was impeccable, with smiling and professional waiters. Definitely coming back!

Such an amazing restaurant! Classic Danish dishes and smørrebrød in very high quality and with a wide array of good aquavit. The service and atmosphere was excellent and I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dining experience with classic Danish cuisine.

Went here tonight with my partner and really loved it!! The atmosphere was great and very cozy and true to its history. It is a tiny bit crammed with the tables and we were close to the counter that was between the kitchen and dining area and so it wasn’t amazing seating but honestly none of that mattered because the food is simply sublime and a 10/10!! The staff are nice and friendly and it was overall good service, but the food was the main star of this experience! I had the signature beef brisket dish which honestly was easily one of my top 5 best beef dishes I’ve eaten in this entire country and probably ever! Everything was succulent, flavourful and cooked to perfection. My partner had the roast pork and said it was really good but the sauce that they give is ridiculously good! I tried a bit and you just know they use all the amazing drippings from the meat into this sauce and it makes it absolutely delicious!!!! Atmosphere wise, it was underground from the main road and so it naturally felt cozy and welcoming. I’d highly recommend to anyone for some delicious danish dishes!

Good food and service! I had pickled herring and shrimps smørbrød and beef brisket. The proportion was generous compared to other restaurants of same price level. Beer was fresh.

This was our first experience with the open sandwich in the city. We took the roastbeef, the chicken salad and the breaded fish. The flavours were good. I did not like the bread itself. It was way too hard. The overall positive experience was damaged when the bill came and I found out we were charged 75 dkk for sparkling water, which I think is outrageouse.
